Took the family to Israel in June – this country is super hi-tech and we used an Israeli app WAZE to navigate ( get it https://www.waze.com/ it’s amazing ) – Google and Microsoft’s office complexes are huge, the food is amazing and home grown –and the tomatoes and fruit taste like it– everyone drives really fast on the great highway networks but religiously stop at pedestrian crossings, The Bahai World Centre in Haifa is an amazing place see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m5rS7yiytRw
And finally the people are friendly and the beaches great – temps were 25-35 degC., and we always felt safe. Visited Ticho House in Jerusalem that belonged to my wife’s great uncle and aunt – see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ticho_House
