- New Search Bar feature to search contacts in running inbound/outbound campaigns.
- Option to upgrade to Agent2.0 Screens- please contact ECN prior to activating these screens as this is a big change. Agent1.0 Screens will remain active until further notice. Agent2.0 screens will include below features:
- Ability to run an inbound campaign
- Ability to manually push calls to AMD Automatic Voice Recording. For more information please see knowledge base article Automatic Voice Message for more information
- Agent will be asked to initialize phone prior to selecting campaign
- Ability to pick up inbound calls whilst in an outbound campaign
- API’s available for integration with your systems (Details provided in PDF only)
- Improvements made to all Agent screens- Action(s) button will no longer appear, instead all Action(s) will display in Horizontal Tabs.
